Being passionate about in-house talent acquisition, we modeled our services to mimic that of an in-house team, this is where Hierarchy Search was born! We work with companies as Recruiting Consultants acting as your in-house recruiter so you get all the benefits of having an internal team, but none of the cost or full-time commitment... We have a unique recruiting business plan; we understand that recruiting is a service. Much like any service out there, different companies have different needs, which is why we offer three different placement models; Permanent, Temporary, and On-Demand... Wanting to have more control of the recruiting process and not treat candidates like a paycheck, we started recruiting in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2012 and have expanded nationwide servicing clients around the country. We are extremely passionate about recruiting and helping clients and candidates find the right fit for one another.
