Attorney Alex Brown focuses his practice on workers' compensation claims and administrative hearings. He is licensed to practice in Nevada state and federal courts, as well as in California.
While in law school, he worked as a law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney Gang Unit. Since graduating law school, Alex has practiced civil litigation, foreclosure mediations, and bankruptcy law.
Prior to attending college, Alex served for six years in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Attorney Christina "Chrissy" Marazzo focuses her practice on workers' compensation claims. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada. She has also recently passed the California Bar and will soon be admitted to practice.

Attorney Dalton Hooks represents clients in connection with employment related disputes in State and Federal Courts and before administrative agencies. He also advises clients in various areas of employment law with an emphasis on workers' compensation and occupational safety and health.
Mr. Hooks has more than 30 years of experience in occupational safety and workers' compensation law in Nevada. He is licensed to practice before all Nevada State and Federal Courts. His unique background and training make him a knowledgeable and effective advocate.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Hooks worked for the Nevada State Industrial Insurance System, which, at the time, was the agency responsible for providing Workers' Compensation benefits to employees throughout the state. This experience has helped him earn the recognition of the Nevada State Bar as one of the few Nevada attorneys designated as Workers' Compensation Law Specialists.
When the state began to allow third-party days to administer claims under the Nevada Industrial Insurance Act, Mr. Hooks worked for Nevada OSHA as a compliance officer and trainer. Ultimately, he served as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Nevada OSHA consultation and training section, overseeing its operations statewide.

Dan's illustrious career began at the prestigious American University Washington College of Law in Washington D.C., where he distinguished himself by graduating cum laude. His passion for justice and exemplary skills led him to become a vital force in Workers' Compensation law, working for one of the East Coast's largest personal injury and workers' compensation firms before returning to Nevada to make his mark.
Before joining HMC, Dan was a partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP in Las Vegas and served as a vice-chair of their Workers' Compensation Practice. His role as a deputy attorney for Nevada Attorneys for Injured Workers honed his advocacy for fair and just compensation, making him a beacon of hope for many.
At HMC, Dan's role as Principal Partner places him at the heart of our strategic direction and client service. His expertise spans across various sectors, including construction, healthcare, hospitality, and beyond, representing a broad spectrum of clients from municipalities and manufacturers to hotels and healthcare organizations.
Jenna Pyle hails from Las Vegas, Nevada. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, she returned to her hometown to pursue a legal education at the Boyd School of Law, UNLV.During her time at law school, Jenna undertook a judicial externship with the Honorable Denise Gentile of Nevada's Eighth Judicial Family Court. In addition, she served as a teaching assistant for a legal writing course and secured an internship with a major gaming company.Upon her graduation and her successful pass at the Nevada Bar in 2019, Jenna embarked on her legal career focusing on workers' compensation law with an emphasis on subrogation.Jenna is a senior associate attorney with Hooks Meng & Clement, advocating for insurers, employers and third-party administrators. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her dog.

Mr. Clement has extensive experience in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, small business matters, guardianship, advanced trust and estate planning, and probate litigation.
His undergraduate degree in political science and history led him to study international law and foreign policy at The American University in Washington D.C. After working for several years in the nation's capital, Mr. Clement relocated to Las Vegas to pursue his law degree.

John has been instrumental in defending a wide array of clients, including casinos, business entities, and their insurers, showcasing his ability to navigate complex industrial insurance matters and related issues.
Notably, John's career is marked by significant contributions to the legal community, including his former roles as a Workers' Compensation Appeals Officer for the Nevada Department of Administration and a Municipal Judge for the City of Las Vegas. His service as a Judge pro tempore, presiding over misdemeanor criminal cases, and as a pro tempore for the Clark County Family Courts, underscores his commitment to justice and his multifaceted legal expertise.

Attorney Michael Desmond focuses his practice on administrative matters, particularly workers' compensation claims. He is licensed to practice in Nevada state and federal courts. In law school, Mr. Desmond worked as a law clerk at Hooks Meng & Clement and was a member of the Nevada Law Journal.

Hearing Advocate Michael Kogler specializes in Worker's Compensation Law. He has served in various positions in the Workers Compensation Industry as a Claims Examiner and Adjuster, Hearing Advocate and Hearing Officer. He has also worked as an Administrative Law Judge, Rehabilitation Vendor Manager and Ergonomic Evaluator.
Mr. Kogler is a former member of the Nevada State Bar's Ethics and Disciplinary Panel, and the National Association of Administration of Administrative Law Judges. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Attorney Shaun Meng focuses on the defense of workers' compensation claims, administrative hearings, employer coverage and employment matters, and subrogation litigation. He also performs and civil and criminal litigation before Nevada State Courts where industrial accidents and/or industrial insurance coverage is at issue.
In law school, Mr. Meng practiced law for a criminal defense firm under Nevada's Student Practice License. He also completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Judge Valorie J. Vega in Nevada's Eighth Judicial District Court. Mr. Meng is recognized by the Nevada State Bar as one the few Nevada attorneys designated as Workers' Compensation Law Specialists.
