We focus on the poorest of the poor living in hardship conditions including nomads, refugees and the urban poor in the slum dwelling areas. Addressing health care in underserved areas around these countries is complex. To be successful requires a multifaceted approach that encompasses direct patient care, capacity building, public health measures, as well as medical education and training of health care providers... To help the poor in our community at no cost, providing health education and health services needed, both medical and surgical. We believe that to help one human being is to help the whole of mankind... We stand out as an organization that compassionately and diligently provides free and exemplary healthcare services to the marginalized communities in the Horn of Africa.
