The owner, Shawn & his wife Gabriella have owned and operated successful restaurants for over 25 years! Shawn has managed Bennett's Calabash Seafood Restaurant in Myrtle Beach for 15 years and ran BoJangles' Famous Chicken ‘n Biscuits for 9 years. While managing Bojangles, Shawn's location was the training facility for all Bojangles' in the state of South Carolina, and Shawn quickly grew to become BoJangles' Area Director and oversaw 6 locations before opening up his restaurant brand & chain: Tiki Taco.
