Mr Kandathil Mathew Abraham (age 61) is a former civil servant from the Indian Administrative Service. He joined the civil services in 1982 and retired in December 2017 as the Chief Secretary to the Government of Kerala. Earlier, he had a stint as a Whole Time Member in the Board of SEBI during which tenure he is credited with having produced several landmark orders that have gone a long way in improving the integrity of financial markets and protecting investors.
Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB), a Statutory Body under the Government of Kerala, tasked with the responsibility of building the infrastructure of Rs. 60,000 crore in the State. Besides that, he is the Chairman of the Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC), a think tank set up by the Government of Kerala to bring in strategic projects and emerging technologies into governance and to create a statewide innovation network for youth. He also serves as the Chairman of the Implementation Committee for the Rebuilding Kerala Initiative that was set up by the Government of Kerala in the aftermath of the devastating August 2018 floods in the State.

Ashit Parekh has over 30 years of experience in Architecture, construction and the programme management industry in India and in the US. He worked primarily in the Washington DC area for over 16 years on a diverse portfolio of projects. Mr. Ashit Parekh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, India and Master's Degree in Architecture, USA. Mr. Ashit Parekh is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and registered Architect. He is also a member of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), member of the Council of Architecture - New Delhi, (COA) and member of Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID).
Avinash is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. College of Engg, Pune, and Post Graduate in Materials Management from IMDR, Pune. He started his career at Thermax. He later joined Kirloskar Pneumatic & handled turnkey Air conditioning projects. He moved to a joint venture of Kirloskar in the field of HVAC and rose to become CEO of the company. Currently, he works in the capacity of Managing Director of Kirloskar Chillers Pvt Ltd. Spending more than three decades with this industry and the group, his passion towards the R&AC field has always given a motivation to the growth of KCPL. Sivanandhan is a highly regarded IPS officer with an illustrious career spanning 36 years. He joined the IPS in 1976 and retired as the Director-General of Police of Maharashtra State Police in 2011. He has held several senior positions in the Intelligence Bureau, Central Bureau of Investigation and Mumbai crime branch. He has also served as Commissioner of Police of Nagpur, Thane city and Mumbai. He has been awarded the meritorious service medal (1993), the president's distinguished service medal (2000) and the Internal Security Medal (1998). Dr. Shalini Sarin, aged 57 years, is the former global Senior Vice President HR at Philips Lighting (Signify) & Ex CHRO Schneider Electric Greater India. Her experience ranges from, being a Chief People Officer to leading Sustainable Social business and has worked across India, Europe and US in regional and global roles.
Shalini balances her time between the corporate and the development sector through advisory, governance and coaching. She is an investor & chief mentor with an EV charging CPO- Elektromobilitat and serves on a few Corporate boards in India & in Germany.
Currently she serves on the boards of Linde India, Meritor Automotive Axles and Kirloskar Oil Engines, ISMT ltd. and on the Global Supervisory board of Nagarro SE, Germany. Krishna Rao (B.Com, A.C.A, and I.C.I.I.) has held a senior position in the General Insurance Corporation of India for several years and has a vast body of experience in Finance and Insurance matters.
Ms. Gauri Kirloskar received a BSc. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. After graduation, she worked as an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch in their Mergers and Acquisitions group. She then moved on to Pearson's Corporate Finance and Strategy group where she looked at bolt on acquisitions for their education business .. Since moving back to India in 2010, she has been focusing her efforts on strategic initiatives for the Kirloskar Group into infrastructure and investments as well as functioning as a director at several Kirloskar Group companies.
As a board member on Kirloskar Oil Engines since 2014, she is involved in regular compliance and performance reviews and is also an active member of the committee that looks at new investments initiatives in the energy space. She is a member of the boards of Kirloskar Oil Engines' subsidiaries, La-Gajjar Machineries, a pumps manufacturing company and Arka Fincap, the group's foray into the financial services business. At Arka Fincap, she is involved in team hiring and business planning. She was an active participant in filing for the RBI license for the business.
Her primary role is establishment of the Group's real estate business in Pune. This involves strategic alternatives analysis of value creation opportunities around the sale and development of the group's land banks. She has been involved in title clearance and land approvals, building up of the design brief, working closely with the IPCs and engaging with potential clients.
She also leads at a Group level, efforts in HR, branding, corporate communications, and shared services and also leads the Group's CSR efforts in the environmental area under "Kirloskar Vasundhara".

Mr. Atul Kirloskar, began his career in manufacturing processes and dealership management with the erstwhile Kirloskar Cummins Limited (now Cummins India) & Cummins Diesel Sales & Service India. (CDS&S) in 1978. He moved to Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited in 1984, and worked in various leadership positions and is currently the Chairman of the Company.
He was a member of the World Economic Forum from 1994 - 2000 and was the President of the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA), Pune from 2000-2002. He served as the Chairman of the CII National Committee of Defence from 2000 - 2008.

Mr Atul C. Kirloskar, aged 60 years, began his career with the erstwhile Kirloskar Cummins Limited in the year 1978, where he started out as a trainee. In December 1981, he was appointed as the Chief Executive of Cummins Diesel Sales and Services.
On 1 November 1984, he was appointed as the Executive Vice President of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (now known as Kirloskar Industries Limited (KIL)). He was co-opted on the Board of KIL on 6 August 1985, wherein he took over as the Managing Director. In 1988, he was appointed Vice Chairman of KIL and held the position till 25 July 1998, when he was elected Chairman of the Board of KIL. He was appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (then known as Kirloskar Engines India Limited) on 31 March 2010. He was re-designated as the Executive Chairman on 25 January 2012.
Mr Yogesh Kapur, (Age 64), is Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with over 38 years' experience in financial services sector. He started his career in 1983 with Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC). In 1991 he switched to Investment banking with HSBC and then joined Enam Securities Pvt Ltd a leading Investment banking /brokerage house in 1994. In 2012 with Axis Bank taking over the Investment Banking business of Enam Securities P Ltd, Mr Kapur moved to Axis Capital Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of Axis Bank.
In 2014 he joined Axis Bank as Head- Strategic Relationship Group- Wholesale banking for north India. Post his superannuation in July 2017, he rejoined Axis Capital on a contract as Managing Director - special coverage. This contract is currently for period up to 31st July, 2022.
During his tenor as investment banker, Mr Kapur has worked with companies both in private and public sectors as these companies prepared to list on public markets. In addition he has been engaged in advising companies on strategic initiatives, reorganization, business /corporate restructuring etc. Mr Kapur has very closely engaged during this period with DIPAM to manage initial listings and further divestments in listed public sector companies in accordance with Government's directives/ decisions on the subject.

Mr. Pravir Kumar Vohra, aged 68 years, is a postgraduate in Economics from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He began his career in banking with State Bank of India where he worked for over 23 years. He held various senior level positions in business as well as technology within the bank, both in India and abroad. Rahul Kirloskar has been associated with the Kirloskar Group for more than 34 years. In 1993, he was appointed as the MD of Kirloskar Pneumatic, and in 1998 he took over as Chairman. From 2001 to 2012, he became the Director of Exports for Kirloskar Oil Engines, wherein the major areas were expanding export operations for Kirloskar Oil Engines and the entire Kirloskar Group.
He founded Kirloskar Chillers and has also been the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Pune Council as well as Maharashtra State CII Council.
Ravindranath Venkatesh Gumaste holds a Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Karnataka Regional Engineering College, Surathkal. Soon after graduating, he joined Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited in July 1981. Ever since his joining, he has been instrumental in effecting change, implementing systems and quality development in several departments such as Heat Treatment, Metallurgical, Quality Control, etc. In 1993, he joined Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited and later rose to become the SBU Chief for the pig iron business in 1998. Mr. Venkataramani Sathya Moorthy, aged 59 years, is a graduate in science and a fellow chartered accountant by profession. He has been in practice of Indirect taxes for more than 25 years in the areas of advisory, assessments, appeals, representation before the tribunals, enforcement authorities, etc. He was associated with the partnership firm 'Singhvi, Dev & Unni', Chartered Accountants in various capacities such as employee, partner and advisor for around 30 years and is now in independent practice since January 2020. Satish Jamdar (age 65), BE (Mech) from IIT, Mumbai, with a vast experience of 43 years, has held leadership positions in several organizations. He completed his management studies in the USA and UK. He was an Executive Director on the Board of Blue Star for 13 years of which the last 7 years was as the Managing Director. He retired from the Company as Managing Director in March and as Special Advisor in May 2016.
During his overall 20 years with Blue Star, India's leading Air conditioning and Refrigeration Company, he was instrumental in setting up an enhanced Product Development, AC&R Technology and Manufacturing footprint for the Company. This also included the design, manufacture and servicing of products for OEM Customers for the Middle East and European markets.
He helped grow the Customer Service business with a host of new offerings related to technology upgrades with remote monitoring, and energy efficiency, among others. He also helped set up a strong global supply chain, including procurement from China and strategic technology partnerships with global suppliers.
Prior to this, he was with Siemens, Voltas, GEC Alstom, and BPL Sanyo. During his long corporate stint, he oversaw a wide range of activities related to Manufacturing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Product Service, EPC contracts, International Business Operations, HR, Finance, Corporate Governance and General Management.
He had been actively involved with CII (India's largest corporate body) as Chairman of CII Maharashtra State Council and subsequently, as Chairman of CII Western Region Sub-Committees for Inclusive Growth and Ease of Doing Business. He was a member of the CII National Manufacturing Council, as well.
He is currently associated with a few select start-up Companies as their Chief Mentor and Business Strategy Advisor. He is also engaged in skill development and inclusive growth programs to help needy youth realize their full potential.
