KSHC is located in the London Borough of Brent. The TMO is in the heart of Kilburn, a stone's throw off the high street. The estate is made up of a 17-storey tower block built in the late 1960s and four low-rise buildings of 6 or 7 floors. There is a large playground area and a number of gardens.
