LACTS

The Liberia Association of Chinese Trained Scholars (LACTS) is a Non-for-Profit Professional organization comprising graduates from various universities and others who completed some short-term courses or training in the People's Republic of China. The organization was established in 2012 with the primary purpose of uniting for the common goal of development and progress in Liberia. We strongly believe in the "Be your Brother's keeper" approach. As a professional organization, our vision is to direct our advocacy to other areas such as health care, education, and recreation. We promote professional consistency and service to our country. As our motto depicts: "Unity, Development, and Progress for all," we always maintained a professional friendship with our partners and those that share our core values.
