We love Cheese, all cheese, however one of the things that makes us different from other stores is that we focus on local Ontario cheese, made by small scale, artisanal, cheesemakers... We are able to source hard to find cheese, as many of our suppliers are smaller operations with limited production... I created Lakeview Cheese Galore because local residents enjoyed the cheese I featured in my virtual tastings with Stonehooker Brewing Co. and Spirit Tree
