LATSI - Key Persons
Sandra Darley, owner and Licensed Title Agent of Lake Area Title, Inc. was born and raised in the friendly, neighboring town of Starke, Florida. Having always loved the high dry land, numerous lakes and close-knit community of Keystone Heights, Sandra and her family decided to make it their hometown in 1995.
In 1998, Sandra opened her first title office in Keystone Heights known as North Central Title, Inc. (of Keystone). In 2020, their name was officially changed to Lake Area Title Services, Inc. Also in 2020, Lake Area Title expanded to open their second full-service office in Lake Butler.
For the past 24 years, Sandra has been honored to serve the Lake Region and surrounding areas and looks forward to proudly serving her community for years to come.
