I've been making Sea Moss or Irish Moss since 1991. However, it was due to an unfortunate situation that I learned how to prepare this amazing energy drink. The recipe was handed down from my uncle, to my cousin, and then me. Sometime within the 1990's my cousin first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage and my uncle believed it had to do with a combination of weak sperm cells. So my uncle introduced him to Sea Moss which resulted in two healthy children. It was a painful time for the family but Sea Moss truly did come to the rescue, following that tragedy.
