LKif is a non-profit organisation founded to promote integrity in life and to provide socio-economic empowerment to vulnerable groups at basic cost with the support of social benefactors. He has, inter alia, worked for Citibank Zambia (subsidiary of Citigroup), the Cooperative Wholesale Society (U.K.), National Westminster Bank (U.K.), PRIDE Zambia microfinance institution (East/Central Africa)..
