Manas Foundation is registered social work organization formed in 2008 by then social work students to execute their ideas effectively. Today we have a team consist of social work professionals and committed community activists who work together to bring a sustainable positive change in the communities. We work with most marginalized sectors of the community such as women, scheduled tribe and scheduled caste communities, children, young girl and young boys. Our approach is participatory, need based and integrated whereas our core strategies for change are awareness among communities on their entitlements, building the capacities of marginalized people, local leadership development and initiate collective action to bring change.
