"The Hawaii Master Food Preserver class helped me have the confidence to finally start preserving food seriously. It's been my goal for many years, not just to preserve the food bounty we are able to enjoy through our growing efforts, but also to be able to share it with friends and family, safely. Knowing what it takes to preserve any product that is safe to can, either by boiling water bath or pressure canning, also the enabled me to get more creative with ingredients and come up with some delicious and unique combinations...
