Our association aims to integrate high-quality mindfulness-related courses and trainers in North America. It intends to help Mandarin speakers worldwide by using mindfulness to reduce anxiety and stress... In this special situation, CCMA was established to provide high-quality learning methods and faculty resources to serve the Mandarin-speaking community so people can enjoy professional mindfulness resources in their native language at a low cost and with a charitable spirit.
