Emily L. Smarto is a 1986 graduate of Fordham University, where she received her degree in Political Science. Emily received her Juris Doctorate in 1989 from Quinnipiac University School of Law, formerly known as the University of Bridgeport Law School. Emily began her legal career as an assistant district attorney in Westmoreland County Pennsylvania where she prosecuted criminal cases until 1997, when she opened her own private practice in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Currently, Emily is a partner at Moore, Becker, Smarto & Acosta, P.C., and her areas of practice include criminal defense civil litigation, divorce, and custody. Emily is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts, the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Gregory C. Moore

A 1981 Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Moore has 40 years experience as a practicing Attorney with offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
