Enterprise Design: Most recently as Senior Director of Design at Blue Yonder, I have led AI-driven UX for enterprise supply chain solutions. Before that, I led UX at GEP, designing enterprise SaaS platforms used globally... Mobile Consumer Design: At Samsung, I shaped UX for mobile devices, working on AI assistants, Health Apps, Voice and Video calling, Advanced Messaging, and mission-critical services for Law Enforcement agencies. Before Samsung, as a researcher at LG, I delivered actionable insights and innovative concepts for mobile and smart home appliances.
