The North East Madison County Enrichment (NEMCEC) Center was formed to provide community outreach programs that are designed to provide social, cultural, personal training, support to residents of New Market and surrounding areas... This program will provide educational enrichment to students ages 8 - 13 during the fall, spring and summer school breaks. This project curriculum will focus primarily on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
