The NJ Public Employee Retirees' Connection™ (NJPERC) is a service that is dedicated to providing information and assistance to retired public employees. NJPERC is available to all retired public employees in New Jersey. NJPERC is an informational service owned and operated by Professional Education Associates LLC (PEA)... NJ PERC is administered by Barry Chalofsky, Partner of PEA. Barry was a former New Jersey state employee for 35 years, a former co-founder and Vice President of the Public Sector Managers' Association, a co-founder of IBEW Local 30 (the NJ State Managers Union), and the founder and coordinator of the PSMA Retirees' Network.
