Mdm Chong has been a preschool teacher for 8 years. She believes that every child is curious and is an active learner, and she is always planning and creating an explorative learning experiences for her children. Mdm Chong has a good understanding of curriculum and pedagogy in preschool and is presently coordinating with the level teachers in their curriculum planning. With the increasing number of special needs children she encounters, she believes that working very closely with parents is very crucial in supporting the child.
Mrs Agnes Chee has been with New Life organisation for about 23 years. For her, teaching the little ones, and later as a leader, is a calling not a job. From her days as a teacher, she is passionate about developing curriculum initiatives that develop the whole child. She believes that every child is unique and precious and can succeed if the child is trained in the way they should go.
Presently under her leadership, there is a strong emphasis on character-building and STEAM programmes that aim to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning. She believes that developing the child's character and moral values is just as important as developing the child academically.
Mrs Linda Tan has been with the centre for the past 29 years as an assistant teacher. She is a very dependable teacher who is attentive and responsive to the needs of the children promptly. She has proven herself to be a trustworthy teacher amongst her colleagues and parents.
