Mr. Fabiano is a graduate from Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire. He Graduated in 2002 with A Bachelors' of Science in Environmental Policy. A Bachelors' of Arts in Geography and an Associates of Science in Industrial Safety. He has worked in the disaster restoration industry for the last 5 years achieving several certifications including WRT (Water Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying) and HST (Health safety Technician) from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) who is the main governing body in the disaster restoration industry. His asbestos credentials include State of Connecticut DPH Asbestos Abatement Supervisor and State of Connecticut DPH Asbestos Consultant-Inspector He also holds certifications in the mold industry as a CRMI (Certified Residential Mold Inspector), CCMI (Certified Commercial Mold Inspector), CMR (Certified Mold Remediator) and a CMT (Certified Mold Technician) and belongs to the NAMRI (National Association of Mold Remediators and Inspectors.

Jason McManus has been in the disaster restoration industry for over 10 years, has hands on experience with all aspects throughout the profession and has achieved several certifications including WRT (Water Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying) and HST (Health safety Technician) from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) who is the main governing body in the disaster restoration industry. Jason also holds designation as a Certified Mold Inspector - CMI through the MICRO organization for both residential and commercial properties.
