Minerva served as President for the Liberian Organization of Madison during which the chapter hosted a successful ULAA non- election year convention. She successfully chaired elections for both OLM Board of Directors as well as two successful elections for ULAA. As ULAA's Chairman of the Elections Commission, Minerva and her team made it possible for ULAA to become an independent observer at a national election and was the first to take observers to the 2017 Liberian National elections.

Mr. Jerry Massaquoi

Jerry Massaquoi, an accomplished Software Engineer and Entrepreneur, is happily married to Winnie Massaquoi. Together, they are proud parents to five children. Jerry's dynamic leadership extends beyond his family and into various influential roles within both his community and professional network. He serves as the Vice President for the Bomi County Diaspora Association and the Vice President for POCSA. Additionally, Jerry assumes the responsibilities of Chairman of the Grievance committee for the United Sarpo Association in the Americas and Chairman of the Information committee for the Liberian Association of Pennsylvania. Jerry is also the owner of JMAS Trucking, Inc., where he has actively worked to empower fellow Liberians by providing them with employment and training opportunities within the trucking industry. Furthermore, he is the Co-Founder of Prototype Information Solutions and is dedicated to equipping young Liberians in the community with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in the field of Technology. Driven by his passion to uplift the lives of others, Jerry has created several organizations in Liberia aimed at making a positive impact. These organizations focus on various aspects of community development, reflecting Jerry's commitment to creating sustainable change.

Stephen Binda Sr.

Binda is a proven leader in Philadelphia's Liberian community, non-profit, and private sector communities with a professional track record of achieving impactful results. He also is no stranger to organizational secretariat and administrative workings with over 16 years of communications experience. Working for multinational corporations in Africa, Asia, and the United States, Binda served as Assistant Secretary-General for the Liberian Association of Pennsylvania (LAP-INC) from 2015 thru 2020. He then later took on the role of Secretary General for his community leadership in 2020 thru 2021 during a critical crisis period. Serving with excellence, he was then named Deputy Press Secretary of the Union of Liberian Associations in the Americas (ULAA) in February 2023, a position he now occupies. Holding membership in several journalistic and communication professional organizations around the world, Binda's deep passion and research-driven perspective on the value of immigrants in the City of Philadelphia and across the United States has earned him an enviable place among his peers. A son of two immigrants, he has a deep understanding of the barriers immigrants constantly face by systems and people in the diaspora through his lived experience. Binda holds a Bachelor's in Public Administration from the African Methodist Episcopal Zion University College. He's currently pursuing a Dual Master in Health Administration and Business Administration, at the University of Phoenix, Arizona. Married and blessed with children, Binda is also the founder and chief executive officer of The Binda Foundation Liberia, a non-profit organization committed to impacting people's lives in western Liberia through innovations and advocacy.

Will M. Jallah

Will M. Jallah, affectionally known as Will, was born onto the union of Mr. Joseph M. Jallah and Weedor Zoeboe on July 31st in the Firestone Plantations Company. Will attended the Firestone School System and graduated junior high school. Upon graduation from the Firestone School System, Will enrolled at the Booker Washington Institute (BWI) and earned a diploma in Bookkeeping/Accounting. After obtaining his diploma in Bookkeeping/Accounting, Will enrolled at the University of Liberia and studied Accounting and Business Management. While at the University of Liberia, will travel to the United States of America (USA) and studied Accounting at Georgia State University. Will later obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) with an emphasis in accounting. Will subsequently enrolled at the American Intercontinental University (AIU) and graduated with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Marketing. Borrowing from the words of Helen Keller, will feel that education is the key to success. Will then entered the Keller Graduate School of Management/DeVry University and obtained his Master of Accounting and Financial Management (MAFM) degree. In 2014, Will joined the scholarly environment at Capella University and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Management with a specialization in accounting, in 2020. Currently, Dr. Will M. Jallah affectionally known as "Dr. Will," works as a consultant in various disciplines, including but not limited to accounting, financial management, immigration services, and marketing.
