Garin Yoshimura

Garin got his start in travel helping a friend launch a travel agency. He thought it would just be a short gig, but 21 years later, he's still working and thriving in the industry. In particular, Garin enjoys the service part of the job. He knew this career would be fulfilling the first time he helped a stranded client stuck at an airport with a cancelled flight. He was able to communicate effectively with the airline to get his client on the next flight and back home in time for her daughter's birthday. This was when he realized the important of service. Garin takes pride in listening to and understanding each client's requests and the associated details necessary to fulfill their needs. When it's time to relax, Garin enjoys going back to Hawaii for the slow life and beautiful beaches.

Mona Behringer

Mona began her professional career in accounting. Somehow that was where her path to travel began. After answering the phone in between keeping the books for a travel supplier, her sales skills exceeded her accounting skills. A trip to Italy sealed her fate. It was there that her passion for travel and respect for travel management truly developed. Mona has been journeying around the world ever since; discovering new places for her clients to visit and creating extraordinary experiences for them in the process. In particular, she adores planning over-the-top, luxury trips that leave her clients speechless and wanting more. Mona has been a travel specialist since 1991 and is always ready to help guide clients on their next journey; whether for business, leisure, or a bit of both.

Staci Sugita

Staci was introduced to the travel industry in college while helping some travel agent friends pull invoices and file documents. Upon graduating, she started working for them as an assistant. She really enjoyed the work; especially putting together high-end itineraries and living vicariously through her clients' trips. When she herself started traveling and was able to stay at the hotels she was booking and travel to the beautiful destinations she was sending her clients to, Staci knew she had chosen the right career. Clients appreciate her precision, thoroughness, and organization when handling their travel bookings. Staci has 21 years of experience in the travel industry and enjoys booking tours, production travel, and high-end leisure trips.

Terri Wang

Terri began her career in travel as a part-time receptionist at a travel agency. From there, she grew as a travel professional gaining valuable experience along the way; ultimately teaming up with other talented advisors to form OTG Advisors. Terri is extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and fast when it comes to ensuring all aspect of her clients' travel plans are in order. These qualities make her well-suited for corporate travel management, event planning, and unique, personalized leisure trips. Terri credits her sustained growth in her 21 years in the industry to being truly authentic with clients and focusing on understanding their needs on a trip by trip basis. When she's not managing travel, Terri enjoys spending time in Hawaii with family and friends.
