ANIL THAPAR

Job Titles:

Anil is a Naval Architect with over 30 years' experience in leading and delivering multi-disciplinary marine infrastructure projects to owners, developers, contractors, and consulting engineers. These include specialised floating structures for industrial and high-end commercial applications, marina improvements, shipyard development projects and independent ship design reviews. He has led delivery of a range of services that include feasibility studies, concept design, detailed engineering design, expert advice, project management, construction supervision management and post-delivery follow-up. He has also led Naval Defence projects for newbuild of patrol vessels and tank landing ships that involved finalisation of technical specifications and test protocols, conducting design reviews, inspections and testing, and sea-trials.

CHUNG KIAN FAH

Chung has 18 years of experience in the design and construction of civil and structural engineering projects, including residential and industrial buildings and a variety of marine structures such as jetties, wharves, and quay walls. He has led and managed project teams in different stages of the project development cycle, from feasibility studies and conceptual design, through detailed engineering design and tender support, to technical support and inspection during construction. He also has significant expertise and experience in the evaluation and condition assessment of existing structures, and investigation and repair of damaged structures.

DANIELLE D'CRUZ

Danielle is a visual and communication designer with 2 years' experience in marine and coastal engineering projects in Asia and Australia. These projects include fixed offshore structures (such as pile-supported offshore transmission towers), jetties and coastal protection structures (such as revetments). Her key skills include 2D drafting, 3D modelling, 3D rendering and Building Information Modelling (BIM).

GOH KUN KEE

Mr Goh is a seasoned professional in the financial and contract management of construction projects. In a career spanning over 30 years, he has served in various capacities including as Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Contracts Manager and Project Manager. Through these years, he has established a strong track record of successfully delivering numerous construction projects, ranging from residential buildings to commercial and institutional buildings, civil engineering works and marine works under different types and forms of contracts to a diverse client base.

MAY SU HLAING

May is a CAD Designer with 14 years' experience in civil and structural drafting for a wide variety of building and infrastructure projects. She holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and is skilled in AutoCAD and Revit. May's particular area of experience is in coastal infrastructure projects, including ports, power plants, land reclamation, breakwaters, revetments, seawalls, quay walls, jetties, wharves, and floating pontoons. This experience has given her a detailed understanding of the requirements for planning, design, and construction of ports, marine terminals, and other coastal structures.

Muthu is a Gold Medallist in Civil Engineering (BE) from Anna University, Chennai, India. She holds an M.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering with specialisation in Structural Engineering from the National University of Singapore. She has over 10 years' experience as a Civil/Structural Engineer for offshore, marine and bridge engineering projects in several countries. Her experience includes project management and working as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver conceptual design, front-end engineering design, tender design, detailed engineering design, and construction technical support for projects. She is well-versed in international codes and standards and is proficient in various structural and geotechnical software.

SARIKA GANDHI

Sarika has 19 years of consulting and project management experience in civil and structural engineering. She has spent the last 13 years working in the port and maritime industry, where her project experience includes large-scale and highly visible infrastructure projects such as oil and gas, petrochemical, bulk cargo, container, and multipurpose terminals. Her experience spans across different stages of the lifecycle of waterfront, port, and maritime infrastructure projects, from site selection and feasibility studies, through initial planning and preliminary design, to detailed engineering design, construction, and commissioning. The range of services she has provided include technical due diligence, preparation of budgetary cost estimates, preparation of technical specifications, tender management, and construction technical support. Her work experience is global and spans across Asia, Africa, and Europe.

He is often involved in lifecycle evaluation and condition assessment of existing structures, and investigation of damaged structures to identify possible contributing factors and root causes and explore remedial measures. He has extensive site experience from day-to-day execution, design of temporary works, evaluation of alternative designs and value engineering.

VIVEK KUMAR GUPTA
