Bryan leads the operational delivery and Client Management teams for TopSource Worldwide, providing payroll, accounting and EOR services.
Bryan has held senior leadership roles in outsourcing businesses and has extensive experience across the BPO, HR and Payroll sectors.

Darshan is responsible for Global-Country Payroll at TopSource Worldwide. He has over 17 years of experience in practice management, global payroll solutions and offshore-onsite business delivery. He has worked with reputable global payroll companies, banks and BPOs including Neeyamo, ICICI Bank and Serco Group. He holds a master's degree in astronomy and space physics.

Jonathan Ridley-Holloway has joined the firm as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development to lead our inorganic growth strategy.
Jonathan joins from Advanced Business Solutions (Vista Equity Partners and BC Partners) where he was instrumental in numerous acquisitions during his tenure within the M&A function, as well as Commercial Finance director for their Health and Care, Legal and Education divisions. Jonathan brings a breadth of experience from past roles working in technology focussed Investment banking (Lincoln International and Goldman Sachs) and was previously a Commissioned Officer within the British Army.

Martin joined the Board as Chairman in December 2020. He has a successful track record of working with companies in the business support services, legal, software, and compliance sectors.
Martin is also Chairman of Ross Trustees and AuditComply and a Patron of the military charity Team Endeavour.
Nick has overall responsibility for financial planning, reporting and analysis, as well as the management of financial and compliance risk.
Based in the UK, Nick has spent the previous 10 years working as CFO/FD for organisations focused on the HCM sector, primarily within the NGA Human Resources business and most recently as CFO of Zellis. Nick has held board-level positions in a variety of industry sectors over the last 20+ years.
Nick is ACA qualified and started his career with PwC and has subsequently spent over 20 years working in commercial finance leadership roles, predominately in the technology sector.
Paul is responsible for global marketing and communications including brand, advertising, digital marketing, and demand generation.
Paul has a wealth of experience previously co-founding PEO Worldwide and was also the former managing director of CPM People/Stipenda.
Richard heads the UK payroll business unit and has over 25 years' experience in account management, operational support, sales and other roles with businesses such as AT&T and Scientific Atlanta.
Richard supports the practice managers of both UK accounting and payroll support services, Richard has a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University.
Sachin heads the India Payroll business unit and is responsible for global sales into India, India domestic sales and delivery, and local finance support in India.
Sachin has over 17 years of experience with the company, his previous roles including head of UK payroll operations, head of accounting support services, head of sales in India and VP of finance.
Sally leads the TopSource Worldwide EOR business unit. She has over 12 years industry experience with professional employer organisation (PEO), employer of record (EOR) and contractor/umbrella services and was a co-founder of PEO Worldwide.
Sunil is responsible for using innovation and technology to provide business solutions across TopSource Worldwide, as well as operational sales and support in India.
Previously, Sunil was operations director for iGate Europe, where he was responsible for the provision of software services to clients and also establishing and overseeing iGate's India central services operations. Sunil has a master's degree in mathematics and computer science from IIT Mumbai.
