PPDO is ultimately a service department, providing the services each one of its units has long delivered to campus but with a new energy and a shared vision... Physical Planning, Development & Operations (PPDO) is comprised of the newly combined resources of three, well-established departments on campus; Physical Planning & Construction, Physical Plant and Capital Planning & Space Management.
