James Jackson had been a leader in the insurance industry for more than forty years. He started off at Sears in Highland Park, and successfully established his own agency in 1986. He decided to expand his organization and founded Poole & Jackson in July of 2000. Although he is retired, James Jackson is still the driving force behind Poole & Jackson's success.
Karen Nelson has been affiliated with the Jackson organization for over 20 years.. In addition to her management role, she is responsible for all sales within the agency. Karen has an extensive insurance background, and is is well qualified to advise and assist customers for all of their insurance needs.
