New Zealand property development and investment company, Willis Bond, formed Property Income Fund (PI) in 2020 to invest in long-term yielding property assets. The initial capital raising exercise concluded with $250 million. The Fund has a capacity of up to $500 million to invest. Investors in the Property Income Fund are largely made up of high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
