Austin started working at Pridmore & Company Inc. in August 2021 and has been an excellent addition. Austin was born and raised in San Diego and moved to the Napa Valley to join our team. He's no stranger to hard work and long days and his positive attitude is contagious. In his free time, he surfs, skates, mountain bikes, and takes awesome photos and videos.

Born and raised in Napa County, Joe has been surveying in the North Bay and the surrounding areas for over 10 years. He is a licensed land surveyor and is well-versed in all aspects of the building process. Joe is focused on serving his clients in an honest, reliable manner, and is always more than happy to help you with your project.

Lexi helps to manage the business on the back end- whether it's accounting, client correspondence, or submitting plans. Formerly in the wine industry, she has been assisting in managing employees and businesses for over 10 years. She enjoys helping the company provide high-quality customer service, accurate timelines, and great work.
