An MBA marketing graduate from Mumbai University, Ashwin Rao started his career in 2010 in the industrial marketing sector and after serving the industry for 11 years decided to join hands with Plastic Sales India in an endeavour to provide our valuable clients with end to end satisfactory plastic polymer solutions.

After completing a Bachelors in Management Studies degree, Devansh Shah joined the family business at Plastic Sales India to further grow the company together, which has along his journey of 7 years with PSI helped him to learn and evolve into a successful entrepreneur as on today.
While building on the current product portfolio, Devansh says: "Looking forward, I decided to take the next radikal step and Co-founded Radikal Polytech along with my business partner Ashwin Rao - a company that is responsible for marketing and all procurement activities of PSI and further striving to ensure that our end clients are equally benefited, aiming at a win-win situation at all times."
