Andreas Shelly was born in Bremerton, Washington. Growing up, he learned to adapt to new situations early on, moving between Washington and Florida with his family before settling down in Palm Beach, Florida. Throughout his childhood, no matter where he was, he could be found riding bikes, climbing trees, and in the water, by far his biggest passion. At the age of 16, his first job was a lifeguard at the local YMCA, where he began teaching swimming lessons to children, but soon he found himself helping instruct lifeguard training classes and quickly became certified as a lifeguard instructor. This is where he first found his passion for leading and helping others grow. After graduating high school Andreas enlisted in the US Coast Guard, where he spent the next 14 years throughout the country in different roles in search and rescue, maritime law enforcement, mechanics and various leadership roles. When Andreas found Revenite he was quickly drawn in by the impact the company was making in the community.

Brian W. Heimbecker - President

Brian Heimbecker started with Revenite Financial Services in September 2017 in the first Revenite Branded Office. Has 19 years experience in the financial industry. His second month with Revenite Financial Services he was promoted to Branch Director of the Spokane, WA location. In 2023 he became the company's first franchise owner and now acts as a Director of Expansion spreading the Revenite Crusade across the country. Brian met his wife Darlene in the business in 2020. They worked together for a little 2 years until she was promoted to Branch Director herself and opened an office in Oklahoma City. The 2 were engaged and married 5 months later and live an adventure of a life. Travelling around the world several times a year, volunteering in their community and church, and being part of a crusade much bigger than themselves provides them all the fun and fulfillment they could have dreamed of. They currently own and supervise 5 teams and offices in 4 states. Kansas City or Dallas is where they plan to go next in their business. So stay tuned for more Brian and Darlene adventures! Brian W. Heimbecker founded Revenite, Inc in December of 2016 in anticipation of leaving the company he had been with since age 19. He subsequently created The Revenite Group of Companies as the vision grew. Brian serves both on the corporate side as President of Revenite, Inc and Chairman of the Revenite Group as well as on the franchise side owning the fastest growing franchise in Revenite Financial Services. It is not often that an executive works in the field. Brian feels this gives him the unique experience of being "on the battlefield with his troops. "Brian's personal Purpose Statement is to: Help people identify their purpose and maximize their potential in life." Creating and continuing to grow the Revenite Group of Companies is one of the ways Brian finds fulfillment in life living out his purpose. His leadership, coaching, system creation, and problem solving skills make him an important part of the Revenite Team. In the next decade, Brian hopes to make the Revenite Group a known national brand and change the financial industry as we know it today. He hopes to accomplish this by offering the most unique and sought after financial business system and providing a way for millions of people to get financially free while making it accessible to everyone. Kendal Lewis, with over 20 years of experience spanning diverse industries like medical, military, hospitality, and finance, understands the importance of efficient technology and seamless operations. Joining Revenite in 2018 as the Technology & Facilities Manager, he leverages his unique background to ensure agents have the best tools and resources at their fingertips to excel. Driven by a desire to help others achieve financial freedom, Kendal now puts his extensive experience to work, empowering individuals to access the tools and knowledge they need to reach their financial goals.
