Sagay Water District was formed by virtue of Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 49, series of 1979, dated July 11, 1979. It was awarded its Conditional Certificate of Conformance (CCC) No. 129 on September 12, 1980, after complying with in minimum requirements of the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA)... To constantly contribute to the economic growth and moral strength of the society, we are committed to implement sustainable program and uphold good corporate citizenship and will be in solidarity with the world's commitment for the protection of the environment... As a water service utility government corporation, the Sagay Water District operates on the principle that public service is always above profits.
