We are Melanie & Jamie Cook, wife-and-husband founders of Sandstone Maine. We live year-round in Camden, Maine and we offer full dedication caretaking for clients that need trustworthy attention to detail throughout the seasons. We provide full administrative and hands-on management of your property including ongoing maintenance and the coordination of vendors... We have experience as live-in estate managers on Nantucket and Maui. We understand the value of presence security as well as the connection caretakers form with a property while in residence. We can provide live-on property and live-off property caretaking services either year-round or seasonally, depending on your unique needs. We can work with properties under construction or renovation, adding special support for clients as needed. Safety, security, and client privacy are second nature to us, and we treat all our clients as VIPs. We are based in Camden, Maine and can serve properties from Rockport to Northport, Maine.
