The purpose of SEDA is to provide a second equal opportunity in education to particularly vulnerable groups and any individual in need of it at different levels... SEDA started officially on 14th of May 2019. It stands for Stichting Educacion Digital Arubano. It is an organization that helps the youth who was unable to finish their education due to unfortunate circumstances to provide them with a second chance in education in order to achieve their goals.
