We opened our doors in June 2018 with a vision of Single Hill as a hub and supporter of three different communities: our Coworkers, the people that make up Single Hill; our Home, the Yakima Community; and our Profession, our fellow brewers and the suppliers that support it... Yakima, Washington produces over 75% of the United States' hops-It's no coincidence that this is where we choose to live and brew. Single Hill Brewing brings the Yakima community together, alongside farmers and brewers from around the country, to enjoy good times and great beer.
