Jojo's passion for real estate and renovations began instinctively at a young age. However the dream of starting this company began after experiencing fi rst hand the challenges of being a fi rst-time, fi rst-generation home buyer and executing his fi rst home's full remodel and renovations. Knowing that realty and renovations go hand in hand, Jojo and his wife began this company to provide clients with a one-stop-shop for all their dream home needs.
Ramon is a seasoned Executive Assistant. He has extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, contracts, and customer service. Having held positions in the insurance and real estate fields, Ramon is able to tailor his skills to meet the various needs of our SOJO clients. He has increased efficiency in several of his assigned roles, and is very effective at communicating with clients. As a senior assistant, he also develops many guidelines and processes that assist the company's growth. Ramon is able to interact with potential and existing clients, and has increased customer satisfaction ratings at several companies.
