Tesla has been producing and selling purely electric vehicles since 2008 and does not spend much on marketing and advertising, almost zero. Instead, the company mainly relies on word of mouth from existing owners and the enthusiasm of bloggers, youtubers, instagrammers, journalists and happy fans like me, to sell their cars.
