THE ARIZONA WE WANT

CFA believes the voices of Arizonans provide a solid foundation on which to build a positive agenda for the future. Through close listening to Arizonans, communities, and leaders across the state, we created The Arizona We Want, a shared vision of success based on what matters most to Arizonans that expresses their highest aspirations and hopes for the future. The Arizona We Want is comprised of seven Shared Public Values that the broad and representative majority of Arizonans agree are essential to a prosperous future for all... Guided by What Matters to Arizonans: We listen to what matters most to Arizonans. We are inspired by their lived experiences, voices, and values. We work on behalf of all Arizonans to realize our shared public values... Joy in the Journey: We are proud to be Arizonans and believe in our state. We approach the future with optimism and joy and seek to share that with others. We are clear-eyed about our challenges while celebrating successes along the way.
