Living our best life. How do we do that? This is a journey of an individual, Jack Purvis, as he moves through life making the best of every situation... Jack was diagnosed with diabetes when he was 6 years old, back in 1975. Needless to say, medicine was not as advanced as it is today. So, prognosis was not good in terms of long term outcomes. His outcome was different based on the focus and research that he and his father did and their application of that knowledge, sometimes outside of guidance from "professionals"... The key takeaways from this experience and sharing here is that we hope that folks will think for themselves and take point on their health and wellness.
