The Share Fund is a grantmaking body focused on supporting racial and gender justice in Washington State. The Fund is committed to sharing both wealth and power, and as such, it operates under a Participatory Grantmaking (PGM) model in which a BIPOC Funding Committee is solely responsible for all grantmaking decisions... The Share Fund was established in 2021 by Seattle couple Bill and Holly Marklyn as part of their commitment to redistributing their wealth back into society in a socially just manner...
