Tameka Tobias, MHFA and founding member of Tobias and Co. is a dedicated Mental Health First Aid Instructor, former grassroots nonprofit executive director, and a passionate mental health advocate. As a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and currently serving in the role of the Department of Mental Health's Mental First Aid Public Safety Coordinator and Trainer, Tameka empowers individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to mental health challenges.
