Louis is a partner in Hamilton with one of Canada's major national law firms where he has practiced law for almost 30 years. He has occupied many leadership positions within the firm, including, most recently, serving as regional office management partner. Louis has promoted a vision of community engagement and city building at the firm, a perspective explored in his Accelerating Business Podcast. This vision led him to assume the role of Chair of Hamilton100, the Canadian bid candidate for the 2030 Commonwealth Games.
Louis' enthusiasm for the work of TRIO is centered on its commitment to impact and purpose in its relationships with its partners and the communities it is active in.

Mario has over 30 years of experience with one of the world's largest Big 4 Accounting and Consulting firms. He was an international tax partner and held various leadership roles with the firm globally. Most recently, Mario was the leader of KPMG's Private Business practice in Canada and the Family Office practice globally. Mario has a B. Comm from McMaster University and a Masters in US Taxation from Canisius College. Mario was recognized by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario as a Fellow in 2019.
Mario also has recently received his Family Enterprise Advisor designation and reflects his commitment to helping enterprising families build lasting legacies.

Paul has long sought to create an organization whose culture was centred on the power of relationships and focus on aligning "purpose" with commercial success. Prior to founding TRIO, Paul was the President of Tender Choice Foods Inc. and Vice President of PIC, the Paletta family's real estate division. In June 2020, he created The Paul Paletta Foundation, which is focused on helping underprivileged kids reach their potential. More recently, Paul has taken on leadership of Penta Properties.
Paul graduated from McGill University with a B. Comm in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship in 1991. Despite his time in Montreal, Paul is an avid Boston Bruins fan.
