Nao Inoue is an experienced executive coach, leadership coach, relationship systems coach, working with various organizations cross culturally. Her focus is a leadership development as well as team/organizational development, aiming at their transformational shift. Her passion is to speak into people's potential and channel their resources to what really matters to them. Nao supports clients to have wider viewpoints and to be willing to make changes with confidence. She works with leaders and high-potential executives on honing their leadership style, calling forth their authentic self and integrity, improve their communication skills and increase their emotional, social and relationship & system intelligence. Experience at a Glance Nao is a professional certified executive coach with more than 15 years of experiences. She is a Faculty of Leadership Circle, and used to be a faculty of Center for Right Relationship. She also works as a coach for IMD Leadership programs. She has extensive experience as a conference speaker, in various countries including ICF annual conference breakout, in areas of leadership and executive development.She has sixteen years of experience in Unilever Japan as a Brand manager and Consumer Insight Manager working with cross cultural team for global and regional projects.
