USAConnect is an app designed by USA Central Station for use by its Dealers' subscribers for interacting directly with the Monitoring Center during alarm panel events. Alarm system users can perform actions that are sent to the Monitoring Center, chat with other site contacts, all without having to answer a phone call. This will eliminate false alarms and improve response times for all alarm activations... The Monitoring Center is the call center and alarm processing center for your alarm company. This is where the alarm signals from your alarm panel are sent.
