I studied in the tourism industry and had the chance to learn about customer service in prestigious establishments. Afterwards, I was in charge of IT projects in the same sector wich opened up new opportunities for me. Finally, I decided to move up in IT industry and today I manage IT services and projects for major compagnies located in Canada, France and USA.
