Amy Chan

● Amy Chan was qualified as Senior Associate of the Australians and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance in 1996 and Certified Insurance Professional of ANZIIF. ● Amy is an experienced insurance professional, with specialty in Marine Cargo. In her almost 40 years' insurance career, Amy worked in the same company, started as Commercial Union Assurance which has become MSIG nowadays. In addition to underwriting work, she also provided technical support in Marine Cargo claims for clients. She has extensive professional knowledge and experiences in providing technical advice in risk assessment and loss prevention to insurance intermediaries and clients. ● Amy also contributed to the industry by taking part as member of the Marine Insurance Association from 2002 to 2018. During the period of 2009 to 2014, Amy was elected to be the Deputy Chairperson of MIA. In her services in MIA, she worked closely with industry fellow to provide technical support to the industry and promote Hong Kong Marine insurance to the global market. ● On the education side, she shared her valuable experience to intermediaries and clients in some seminars. She took part as guest speakers in MIA seminars and instructor in the program of Executive Certificate in Marine Insurance jointly organized by HKUSPACE and HKFI.

Dr. Tony Lee

● Dr. Tony Lee is the Chief Agency Leader and Director of Marsh & McLennan Insurance Services Limited responsible for managing Marsh Agency business in Hong Kong. Prior to this role, Tony was the Chief Business Officer of Marsh Macau responsible for leading and driving business strategy as well as managing the team in Macau. ● Tony has over 20 years of experience in the Insurance Industry specializing in strategic management, risk underwriting, insurance broking, enterprise safety management and employee benefits consulting. Prior to Marsh, Tony was the Assistant Vice President of Allied World, the Executive Director of Seascope and the Director & Chief Representative of Willis Macau. ● Tony is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and he holds a Doctor of Philosophy, a Master of Laws, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is also a part-time lecturer of Chinese University of Hong Kong and Vocational Training Council.

Mr Gary C. K. Lau

● Mr Gary Lau graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1993 and awarded with the Higher Diploma in Insurance Studies. ● Mr Lau has further pursued professional education. He was qualified as the Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 1994, full member of Institute of Management Specialists in 1996, full member of Hong Kong Society of Certified Insurance Practitioners in 1999, Senior Associate of Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance in 2001, Diploma of Business (Loss Adjusting) of ANZIIF and Associate of Australian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjuster in 2003. ● Mr. Lau started his profession in Loss Adjuster at Pierre Leong & Co. Ltd, a leading firm of Chartered Loss Adjusters. In 1995, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of their Macau Branch and stationed in Macau, responsible for the supervision of the business and for claims handling. Gary returned to Hong Kong Head Office in 1996 and took up the role of Associate Director of the Hong Kong HeadOffice and General Manager of the Macau Branch. He was subsequently promoted to be the Deputy General Manager of the Hong Kong operation. In 2001, he was appointed as Director of the China operation, being the first wholly-owned foreign firm of adjusters to be granted an official license for operation in the PRC.Mr. Lau specialized in major fire, property and liability losses in the Greater China region primarily in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China,. ● In 2002, Gary established Garson Adjusters & Surveyors Co. Ltd. ("Garson"), a leading local Chartered Loss Adjusters firm. As a founder of Garson and one of its Directors, he was responsible for obtaining and handling major and extensive projects, inclusive of but not limited to assisting the Drainage Services Department of the Government of the HKSAR in its Damage Assessment Survey for Hong Kong West Drainage Tunnel in Northern Hong Kong Island; Hong Kong's first Mobile Phone Insurance Claim Program with "3" Hutchison Telecom Hong Kong on behalf of ACE Insurance Limited; and Case Management and Computer On-Line Claims Services for Sino Group of Companies Limited. ● In 2009, Mr. Lau acquired all the equity interest of Garson and restructure the company to become G A S Adjusters (HK) Ltd. Under the new corporate identity, Gary leads the team to deliver professional standards of loss adjusting services to the Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China market.

Mr. Kelvin Cheung

● Mr. Kelvin Cheung graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1988 and was awarded with Professional Diploma in Business Studies (insurance). He completed the Bachelor of Science at the University of London in 1993. He continued his studies in Heriot-Watt University and was awarded with Master of Business Administration in 1996 and Master of Science in Strategic Planning by 2010. He is now in progress of his DBA business research. ● Kelvin has extensive experience in HK insurance industry. In the past 30 years, he has taken up senior positions in various international insurance companies including Allied World Assurance, HSBC, Chubb, AXA, MSIG and Asia Insurance. Nowadays, he is the Managing Director of China Ping An Insurance (HK) since March 2020. ● Kelvin has served as a Council member of the Insurance Institute of Hong Kong since 1999. During the year of his IIHK Presidentship in 2004 and 2005, he worked with the IIHK Council to establish the IIHK Legal Series CPD program. Since then, he has participated in the IIHK Council to monitor the direction and quality assurance of the program. After the IIHK was merged into the Chartered Insurance Institute HK Branch in 2016, Kelvin has continued to serve as member of Market Advisor Board of CIIHK. ● Kelvin has been invited to serve as member of the Advisory Board on Business Studies of Lingnan University since 2005. He also serves as member of the Advisory Board on Risk and Insurance Management of Lingnan University from 2016. Kelvin was selected as honorary member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Lingnan University Chapter in April 2019 as recognition of his professional achievement. Kelvin was elected to be member of the General Insurance Council of Hong Kong Federation of Insurers. He also joined as member to the Insurance Training Board of VTC in 2023.
