VINE LODGE LANE

Vine Lodge Lane is a future new residential project in Exeter, between the heritage listed Vine Lodge House and Exeter Park. This project has been brewing since the early 2000s. A heritage urban analysis of the village resulted in the 2008 approved subdivision layout. We are finally moving ahead, construction of the new road is complete and we are working on the landscape concept and architectural vision.
