Our vision is an America where everyone knows, values and defends the freedoms of religion, speech, press, assembly and petition. The First Amendment protects everyone's right to express themselves freely and join with others to make their views known. This diversity of voices and perspectives strengthens our nation... The Freedom Forum's mission is to foster First Amendment freedoms for all. We work to raise awareness of First Amendment freedoms by educating, engaging and inspiring people, sharing the stories of Americans who have exercised their rights to ignite change... We are supported in part by contributions and grants. Freedom Forum leadership determines the content of our work independent of outside funders.
