Dr. Muhammad Kamruzzaman Mozumder is a highly experienced clinical psychologist and professor in the Department of Clinical Psychology at the University of Dhaka. He is also the President of the Bangladesh Clinical Psychology Society. He earned his Ph.D. from the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at Monash University in 2013, after completing his M.Phil. and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Dhaka in 2005 and 2001, respectively. His academic journey began with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Psychology from the same institution in 2000. With over 23 years of experience, Dr. Mozumder is proficient in various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Couple Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and counseling on psychosexual issues and narrative therapy.
Dr. Mozumder is also deeply involved in facilitating training and workshops on qualitative and quantitative research methods, positive parenting, essential skills in clinical supervision, and various mental health issues. His research and consultancy work focus on gender-based violence, the LGBT population, end-line evaluations, and community-based psychosocial counseling. His extensive expertise and contributions to clinical psychology have made him a respected figure in his field.

Nahida Yeasmin is a psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with extensive experience in managing depression, mood disorders, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), sleep disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. She worked with survivors of human trafficking, intimate partner violence, sexual abuse, and other forms of gender-based violence (GBV), providing psychological support and tailored interventions. Passionate about her work in mental health, she is committed to empowering individuals through evidence-based interventions.
Nahida has received specialized training in Adult Mental Health Issues, Couple Therapy, mhGAP (Clinical Assessment and Management of Mental, Neurological, and Substance Use Conditions), and Trauma Assessment and Management. In addition to clinical practice, she is skilled in facilitating training and workshops, contributing to capacity-building efforts and promoting mental health awareness in Bangladesh.

Rifat Sharmin is a Clinical Psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy. With training in psychological first aid, family therapy, social skills development, and child psychoanalytic therapy, she is equipped to provide comprehensive mental health support tailored to individual needs.
In addition to her clinical practice, Rifat has a strong capacity for facilitating training and workshops on mental health topics. She has conducted workshops for corporate organizations and played a key role in Employee Mental Health Assessment projects.
