Woodlands Development and Lending is two Elkins, WV based organizations. Woodlands Development Group (WDG) is a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and Woodlands Community Lenders (WCL) is a Financial Institution (CDFI) that serves Randolph, Barbour, and Tucker Counties.
