YESS Fund is an entrepreneur-to-entrepreneur (peer-to-peer) revolving fund utilising crowdfunding to create a pool of funds from amongst its members for its members... YESS FUND shall not assume any responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the sale of Merchant's goods and services and/or the payments the Merchant receives in connection with Merchant's use of the YESS FUND Service ("Taxes"). It is solely the Merchant's responsibility to assess, collect, report, or remit the correct tax to the proper tax authority. YESS FUND is not obligated to, nor will YESS FUND determine whether Taxes apply, or calculate, collect, report, or remit any Taxes to any tax authority arising from any transaction.
